Online Christmas Reindeer Cake Class

I'm so excited to announce our next online cake class! This time it's going to be a novelty 3D Reindeer cake - the perfect centerpiece for celebrations. 

The class is a pre-recorded online class that will be run through a private Facebook group. You will be able to watch it back as many times as you like once we have uploaded the videos. T

In this class Zoe will be showing you how to create this very grand Reindeer Cake measuring over 28 inches in height. There are plans to add some extras into this class during 2024. 

You will learn;

• How to fully create the internal structure.
• How to sculpt and carve, sponge cake and Rice Krispie Treats.
• Learn to decorate using ganache, ready to roll sugar paste (fondant) and modelling chocolate.
• Create Reindeer features, including those huge antlers :) 
• How to apply extra detailing using edible dust colours.

The class is suitable for anyone with an interest in cakes and Christmas 😉 Beginners are welcome to join although it will be easier if you have decorated some cakes previously.

How will the online class work?

The class will be run in a closed Facebook group that you will be able to join once you have paid.

There will be a link in the documentation that will be emailed to you after your purchase, this link will take you to the Facebook Group.

Make sure you keep a note of your order number as this is needed when joining the Facebook group. If for any reason you have any trouble please do drop us a message.

Do I make my cakes at the same time as Zoe?
It is advised that you watch the online tutorial first then watch it again whilst making your cake. 

Is the video mine to keep once purchased?
You can always go back and watch the tutorials at any point after the live video is over, but you will need internet access to view it. The video is not to be downloaded or shared with other people.

How will I know what I will need to create the cake?
Once purchased you will be able to join the private facebook group, here you will have access to equipment lists and tutorial videos.

If you prefer you can watch the Class first before deciding which materials and equipment you will need.

Can I teach others this once I've purchased the online tutorial?
No, the class is just for you to use create your own cakes. You should not re-teach them to your own students or share the video tutorial with others.

How do I access the facebook group to see the classes?
Once purchased you will be emailed a downloadable document which will contain a link to a private facebook group, you will need to use your order number to answer the questions when requesting to join this group. We will then accept you into the group. Please note it may not be immediately as it needs to be done by one of us in person, so it can take us up to a day to approve and accept your membership into the group.
