Saracino - Dark Modelling Chocolate
Dark chocolate modelling paste.
Colour and taste typical of dark chocolate. Perfect for cake decorating and modelling design pieces.
Note: This paste begins quite hard and will require kneading before use. If it is too hard, it can be placed in a microwave, on low, for 10 - 15 seconds to gently soften the paste.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Ingredients: Chocolate couverture 39.6% (Cocoa mass, sugar, Cocoa butter, Emulsifier; Soy lecithin), Sugar, Glucose syrup, Potato starch.
