Massa Ticino is a highly sought after sugarpaste with exceptional quality. It is a perfect choice for covering cakes due to its high elasticity, will not rip or crack whilst being used, and will smooth to a perfect finish with a crisp shell.
Massa Ticino is available in a range of vibrant colours, and are carefully manufactured with only natural ingredients. This means the range are all AZO-dye free, free from dairy, gluten and cholesterol and are vegan-friendly!

The Tropic formula can be used in any climate but holds up particularly well in very hot and humid environments (whether that's Dubai or a hot kitchen!) This paste is the same colour as the Bride White available in smaller sizes so you get a bright, crisp colour.

Due to the large size, the outer casing may crack or damage in transit. This will not impact the goods within in any way, as they are separately sealed inside.
We recommend that once opened, the product is sealed as tightly as possible and stored at 12-20°C with a maximum humidity of 70%. This should allow the product to be used for several days to weeks. Always use within the use by date provided on packaging.
