Saracino White modelling chocolate, Perfect for cake decorating and modelling design pieces.
The Saracino White Modelling Chocolate offers a delicious alternative to the Pasta Model modelling paste. With similar properties, the chocolate paste hardens quickly while still remaining flexible and durable.
Note: This paste begins quite hard and will require kneading before use. If it is too hard, it can be placed in a microwave, on low, for 10 - 15 seconds to gently soften the paste.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Ingredients: White chocolate 32% (sugar, Whole milk powder, Cocoa butter, Emulsifier; Soy lecithin, Flavour, Sugar, Glucose syrup, Potato starch, Flavour.
