1500ml Water

• Makes approx. 100 cupcakes (12 cupcakes = 576g mix, 288ml water)
• Makes approx 8 x 8″ sponges (one sponge = 400g mix, 200ml water)

Method

(These instructions are intended as a guide and may require adjustment to fit individual conditions)

Mix ingredients altogether in a bowl, and whisk for 2 minutes on low, then whisk for 4 minutes on medium. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
