They are intended for use with an airbrush system but ShimmAir colours can also be used as concentrated liquid colourings and painted directly on to icing. 

Ingredients: water, anti-caking agent (E555), colours (E171), preservative (sodium-benzoate), emulsifier (xanthan gum), acidity regulator (citric acid), aroma.
