Created in collaboration with Chef Nicholas Lodge this cake decorating mould contains a walnut half, almond nut half, acorn half, acorn base and two berry halves.
This innovative mould allows you to make full 3D wired nuts and berries easily.

• Almond Size - 20mm x 10mm
• Walnut Size - 30mm x 24mm
• Acorn Size - 25mm x 17mm
• Acorn Cap Size - 15mm x 15mm
• Combined Berry Size - 18mm x 22mm
Can be used with Sugarpaste, fondants, modelling chocolate, air drying or polymer clays.
