Saracino - Cocoa Butter - 200g
An essential ingredient for cake artists and pastry chefs. Melted cocoa butter can also be mixed with cocoa powder and colours for cocoa butter painting techniques.
A natural product extracted from the cocoa bean and used in many ways. Use to thin chocolate when heated, as an ingredient in confectionery, and for giving marzipan a shiny coating.
- For painting techniques- melt the cocoa butter above a heat source, add powder colour and stir gently
