How to make a Baby Groot face cake from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2. I was inspired to make this Groot cake after watching the trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 as Baby Groot is too cute.

Basic Victoria sponge cake recipe -
Ingredients:
225g butter
225g caster sugar
4 eggs
225g self-raising flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Cream together the butter and sugar, then beat in the eggs and vanilla essence. Once smooth and creamy, fold in the flour.
Pour in to a greased cake tin and bake in the oven at 180degrees for approximately 40 minutes, until golden brown and a knife comes out clean.
Buttercream recipe -
600g icing sugar,
sifted 300g
unsalted or salted butter, softened optional flavouring Beat the ingredients together.
