The prices below refer to parcels weighing 25kg or less. If your parcel weighs more than 25kg, there may be an extra charge required and our customer services team will be in touch regarding your order.
Please note, customs charges for orders may be applicable and are outside of our control. These charges if payable are the responsibility of you as the customer / purchaser.
For EU orders less than €150 in value (excluding shipping) Taxes will be payable / collected at checkout. For orders over €150 in value any taxes due will be the responsibility of you as the customer and will now be charged at the delivery country border.
If your order is returned to us because any tax / duty is unpaid, there will be an additional charge for the return of the order. This will either be deducted from your credit / refund, if you should choose to cancel the order, or will be charged as well as the cost of reshipping your order should this be required.
If you are purchasing for a business in Europe, please supply your VAT / Company Registration number at the time of ordering.
PLEASE NOTE. Certain items we sell are prohibited from export to certain countries within Europe. We are unable to limit / restrict what can and cannot be purchased based upon your geographic location as such there may occasions where we will have to amend your orders / remove certain items. If this does happen we will contact you to explain the situation.
