Professional concentrated gel icing colouring from Fractal Colors

These gel colours are highly concentrated icing colourings and can be used to colour marzipan, fondant, pastes, royal icing, creams or pastries.

Simply squeeze a little into your paste and stir it or knead it in. We would recommend using a little at a time to build up to the colour / shade you would like. 

Ingredients: glycerol E422, propylene glycol E1520, colour (ponceau 4R E124*), thickener (silicon dioxide E551), colour (quinoline yellow E104*)
