Description
Gum Arabic is an edible powder form of a natural gum from the Acacia tree. It can be used in baking to assist in rising, used as a glue when doing sugar work, or as a glaze varnish for sugar paste and marzipan.
Once made up, store in a screw top jar in the fridge for several months. You may add a little alcohol to increase the shelf life.
