High concentration edible pigment. Can be used as a dust or for mixing to a paint for sugar work.

• Add the powder directly to the product to be coloured or apply with a brush to the surface to be decorated.
• Many uses within confectionery and fine bakery (pastries, cookies, cakes and wafers).
• Maximum dosage: as much as is sufficient
• Mix with cocoa butter, rejuvenator or alcohol to produce paint to add to your cake fine details

Ingredients: Color: titanium dioxide (E171), brilliant blue FCF (E133), cochineal (E120)

E110 may have an adverse effect on attention and activity in children.

Allergens: May contain traces of milk, sulphites, soy and hazelnuts.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from sunlight and protect from temperatures exceeding 50°c
