Easily craft stunning cakes with Saracino's Pasta Top. This paste is suitable for cakes that need to be stored in the refrigerator & you can colour it with fat-soluble powder or gel food colouring for a customised effect. With its delicate vanilla scent and sweet flavour, it will perfectly enhance the taste of the cake.
The Saracino sugar paste (Pasta Top) is a high quality covering icing paste which is designed to be suitable for use in high humidity and up to temperatures of 30°C. It is also suitable for refrigeration.
Ready to use sugar paste designed specifically for covering cakes. It is extremely elastic and tear resistant: easy to achieve a professional result even with very thin thicknesses (it can be used as thin as 1 mm without cracking).
