These food-grade smoothers are a must-have tool to help finish your cakes off to a perfectly smooth and high-quality finish. It's never been easier to produce sharp, crisp edges and a perfectly flat sugarpaste surface.

THE SUGAR PASTE™ smoothers are perfect for using with ganache, sugarpaste, covering paste, marzipan and much more.

The pack includes two smoothers - one with a straight edge and another with a rounded edge. This makes them suitable for both square and round cakes. For a round cake, place curved edge smoother on top of your fondant-covered cakes, facing the edge with the straight edge smoother on the side of your cake. Run your smoothers along the edge of your cake, until the edges are as sharp as desired. For a square cake, use the straight edge of each smoother to achieve the same result.
