 This Colour Mill Serial Scraper is an ideal tool for creating a professional finish on cakes. Made from lightweight, food-safe acrylic, it features an easy-grip handle and balanced bevelled edge for smooth and consistent texture coverage. Choose between three sizes (6", 8" and 10") to suit your needs. Perfect for buttercream, ganache, stencils, dowels, moulds and more.

 To use, hold the arched side and rest the bottom of the scraper flat against the cake board. With the bevelled edge facing out, gently rotate your turntable while guiding the sharp edge along the cake.
