Saracino - Copper Powder - 5g

High concentration copper edible powder by Saracino. Can be used as a dust or for mixing to a paint for sugar work.

This premium colouring pigment is compatible with any sort of medium. Incorporate the powder directly into the product you wish to colour, whether it be sugarpaste, modelling paste, flower paste, buttercream, royal icing, or ganache.

Alternatively simply apply with a brush to the surface to be decorated.

• Many uses within confectionery and fine bakery (pastries, cookies, cakes and wafers).
• Maximum dosage: as much as is sufficient
• Mix with cocoa butter, rejuvenator or alcohol to produce paint to add to your cake fine details

Ingredients: Color: iron oxides and hydroxides (E172).

Storage precautions: Keep tightly closed in a cool and dry place.
